Laboratory inert gas protection jet mill is the use of inert gas as a jet grinding grinding medium to achieve ultra-fine grinding of dry materials. The system is mainly composed of compressor, gas storage tank, silo, crushing host, cyclone separator, dust collector, automatic control and so on.
When the system is started, inert gas is continuously filled into the system to replace air until the whole system reaches the value set by the oxygen detector, and then the feeding device is automatically started to evenly add the raw materials in the silo into the crushing chamber of the crushing host. The compressed inert gas is sprayed to the crushing chamber at high speed through a specially configured supersonic nozzle, and the materials are accelerated in the supersonic jet flow, and repeatedly impact and collide at the intersection of the nozzles to achieve the crushing effect. The crushed materials enter the classification chamber with the rising air flow, and the particles that do not meet the particle size requirements return to the crushing chamber to continue impact crushing. The fine particles that meet the requirements enter the classification wheel and are collected by the cyclone separator and dust collector along with the air flow. The inert gas returns to the suction port of the compressor, and the gas is compressed and recycled through the compressor.
