Product Principle

The laboratory air classifier is a kind of air classification equipment. The classifier, cyclone separator, dust collector and induced draft fan form a classification system. Under the action of the suction force of the fan, the materials move to the classification area at a high speed from the lower inlet of the classifier with the rising airflow. Under the action of the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse particles meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or the dust collector for collection through the blade gap of the classification wheel. Some of the fine particles entrained by the coarse particles disappear after hitting the wall, and descend to the secondary air, the coarse and fine particles are separated, the fine particles rise to the classification area for secondary classification, and the coarse particles descend to the discharge port for discharge.
