Post Requirements

1. Use Alibaba International Station network to sell and promote the company's products;
2, responsible for the company's online trading platform operation management and product information release;
3. Understand and collect the dynamic information of peers and competitive products on the network;
4, order tracking, processing customer feedback information;
5. Do a good job in the reception and inspection of customers' visits; Participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions, and develop new customers through various channels to expand business volume;
6. Independent completion of international trade contract drafting, negotiation, signing, shipping, tax refund and other work;
7, familiar with foreign trade regulations, policies, customs declaration, freight, insurance, inspection and other procedures;
8, properly keep the customer's information, organized filing;

Qualifications

1. College degree or above, major in international trade, business English or marketing is preferred;
2. CET-4 or above, fluent in spoken English, barrier-free communication with foreign languages, able to handle all kinds of English letters, proficient in using office software;
3. Good communication and negotiation skills, good sense of innovation, teamwork and service, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Those who have online sales channels are preferred, and those who have innovative consciousness and dare to challenge are preferred;
